Practicing since 1997 and teaching since 2000, Nick has studied yogasana through yoga text and his own body and mind. “I can learn more through a two hour asana or meditation practice than I can through any 10 given yoga class I’ve taken.” This way of learning has gotten Nick to have a style all his own. Focusing on the art of breathing and stretching and how they work to make they most of our time on the mat and how they bring us “yoga”. Nick founded One Breath Yoga, LLC in 2006, teaching in Prisons, Men’s Rehab Centers and USMC at Miramar Air Station in San Diego, Ca. “If it’s in there and does not belong, it will leave. And what will remain is real!” He teaches Hatha yoga, in the most efficient way possible. This is why he’s been so successful in helping people cut through the thick layers of pain.
